C3 Named as a 2017 Best Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year
DELRAY BEACH, FL (December 26, 2016) Cloud Computing Concepts (C3), an award winning global provider of business technology and communications solutions, this week announced that the Business Journal has named it among the “2017 Best Places to Work” in South Florida for the fourth consecutive year.
Every year, the Business Journal asks employees across South Florida why their companies should be named among the Best Places to Work. It’s a unique process because the employees fill out confidential online surveys, rating their employers in a program developed by Quantum Workplace. Quantum then takes the data to arrive at the Top 15 companies in each of the three categories based on employees’ feedback. The survey focuses on employees’ feelings about team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, compensation, employer benefits, culture, communication, policies, and the company mission.
Nominated for our supportive and engaging work environment that works to develop single employees in pursuit of career progression, C3 is dedicated to, first and foremost, curate an employee environment every single work team player is able to thrive in.
To ensure individual development and career growth, during the onboarding process for each employee, we work together to create a career development plan. Each year, the CDP is reviewed for progress and updated to reflect future goals. To help each employee reach their personal and professional goals, C3 provides financial support for both technical and corporate training, promotes participation at various industry events, and encourages shadowing of higher level employees to provide as many opportunities for growth as possible.
“We are incredibly honored to have received our fourth consecutive nomination and a true testament to the amazing team we have at C3, they are the reason for our growth and success and we look forward to the official results at the celebratory awards luncheon on February 16,” said Rick Mancinelli, CEO & Founder, C3.
