C3 Announces Geo-Redundancy for Hosted PBX, UCaaS, CCaaS and SIP Trunking Platform
Now Providing Fault Tolerant Voice Service Throughout the US and Caribbean
DELRAY BEACH, January 26, 2021 – Cloud Computing Concepts, an award-winning voice and technology service provider, today announced that it has completed the implementation and testing of geo-redundancy for its voice services platform. C3’s partners and clients will immediately benefit from substantially increased resiliency and fault tolerance at no extra charge.
Launched in June of 2019 out of its MIA1 based facility in Miami, the C3 voice platform has been engineered to the highest standards. Cisco’s BroadWorks, a globally deployed carrier-grade software platform utilized by 25 of the top 30 service providers, steadfastly anchors the solution. It is deployed upon the same highly redundant Cisco UCS hardware and VMware software that C3’s Cloud services are powered by, and Oracle Acme Packet SBCs provide unsurpassed reliability and access to next-generation voice and collaboration services. To achieve true geo-redundancy, C3 effectively mirrored this proven configuration in its Las Vegas based LAS1 facility and then painstakingly re-engineered its platform to ensure a seamless failover for clients.
“As a result of the global Covid-19 pandemic, we believe that the way businesses communicate and operate has changed forever,” commented C3 CEO, Rick Mancinelli. “Never before have organizations been so dependent on reliable and resilient communications, and our announcement today demonstrates our continuing commitment to providing precisely that.”
