C3 And 4Voice Announce Strategic Alliance
Now Offer Client Virtual Servers, Desktops, and PBXs Across A Single Managed Network Connection
June 5, 2012 (Boca Raton, FL) Cloud Computing Concepts (C3) and 4Voice today announced they have entered into a Strategic Alliance that will allow each firm to market and sell the services of the other and, furthermore, to deliver them across a single managed network connection. Joint clients will be able to receive reliable, fault tolerant, and disaster resistant virtual desktops, servers, and voice services in a single package. To further enhance the experience and provide continuity for joint clients, the firms have agreed to integrate the help desk and support processes.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have 4Voice as a partner,” said Rick Mancinelli, C3 Managing Partner. “Having worked with many Hosted Voice companies in the past, including the largest carriers, I have not yet encountered a team with the depth of technical knowledge that 4Voice has. They understand what it takes to deliver a quality IP voice product, and they deliver.”
“4Voice is excited by the opportunity to work with C3 to bring hosted voice to their clients and hosted desktops and servers to ours, ” commented Amruth Laxman, Partner of 4Voice. “Together, the C3 and 4Voice services represent everything a client needs to eliminate large capital expenditures, increase scalability and flexibility, survive a disaster, and most importantly, grow rapidly should the opportunity arise.”
C3 currently operates a data center in Boca Raton, FL with additional data centers in New York City, Las Vegas and Madrid all planned to open in 2012. 4Voice currently operates a data center in Boca Raton, with an additional facility planned for later this year.
